RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I receive a refund if my order arrived damaged or is missing?

Please allow up to 10 business days since placing your order to ensure that the carrier has had sufficient amount of time to deliver your shipment.

We rarely encounter material damage or missed deliveries with our carrier, but if it happens, we will work with you as best as possible to confirm the issue and send a replacement product if appropriate.

Please send us an email at info@jacksonspringspremium.com. In the email include the following information:

            •          Description of how the product is defective or damaged,

            •          Pictures of the product as it arrived defective or damage, 

            •          Invoice Number, and

            •          Tracking Number delivered product.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, Jackson Springs Water Corporation does not accept returns for refund.
